We Are GradShip
Our Story
Having gone through the peak of COVID in early 2020, we often found ourselves referring to how ‘lucky’ we are when asked about job security during the pandemic. This made us think about all the graduates who are entering the workforce during and post-COVID19. If professionals with extensive experience are worrying about job security, how would a graduate in late 2020 or 2021 feel?
After seeing the impacts of COVID-19 on the wider job market and specifically graduate roles, we started GradShip with the aim of up-skilling and enhancing graduates employability.

While we pride ourselves in taking a holistic approach to your employability, we understand that no two graduates are the same. Therefore, we invest more time in understanding your needs, so we can tailor our advice when addressing them.
